She has designed a series of classes based on the combination of skills she has learned

throughout her training over the years and tailored them to the public. Jennifer also teaches

civilian self-defense and street smart survival skills through the community colleges

in her area. She is a professional child visitation monitor in the Los Angeles and Ventura

county areas.    Jennifer has been training in Krav Maga and mixed martial arts since 2004.

She has a deep love and connection of not only the arts but the understanding of the need for

women to know and have the skills for their own safety and protection. Through working with

domestic violence victims and post-traumatic stress disorder she sees first-hand how teaching the skills to women helps them to get their power back and gain their confidence again. Her classes also help re-wire the trauma and the anxiety in the brain from the victim mentality, into being a VICTOR! Her instruction includes detailed information on body mechanics, hostile situations and the nature of attacks. Jennifer’s goal is to pass on her knowledge to others so that they may be more safe and confident in this uncertain world.  Self-defense is a countermeasure that involves defending the health and well-being of oneself from harm.

The use of the right of self-defense as a legal justification for the use of force in times of danger is available in many jurisdictions. Wikipedia
