WHY TRAIN WITH KRAVGIRL TACTICS? 

Training for over 2 decades with numerous high-level trainers I have gathered and practiced the basics of the Self Defense mindset with the skills and tactics that have been proven to be effective on the streets.
Adding a unique insight and perspective into the realm of self-defense and martial arts to make the students understand the weapon they can be. After working with thousands of women, children, and Men over the past 20 years I can connect to students on a personal level where they are, to help them reach their goals.

Equipping them To be effective defenses for themselves and their families. I especially relate to those of whom this concept may not come as natural or where they may feel more nervous and insecure about their abilities to defend themselves. But, I firmly believe we must fight back to the best of our abilities and means and training is the key to building on those skills to build the confidence and capabilities needed to fight back.  I have a special way of teaching that knowledge to students in a way that they can understand and connect To learn it and understand it in a way,
where it becomes a part of them.
